Melbourne Tool orders are eligible for free standard Australia Post delivery where the order and/or items are valued over $149 for all addresses within Australia.
Standard & Express Shipping Costs
Flat rate shipping fees for all orders within Australia is listed below -
$10.00 - Standard Australia Post for orders valued under $149
$15.00 - Express Post for orders valued under $149
FREE - Standard Australia Post for orders valued over $149
$10.00 - Express Post for orders valued over $149
Melbourne Tool uses Australia Post's eParcel shipping platform. All packages are trackable and when you provide your email address and mobile number, this will be shared with Australia Post so you receive regular updates on the status of your delivery as it is being shipped to you.
You can choose to have your delivery sent to Australia Post PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or any street address within Australia.
Dispatch Timing
Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days or less.
Freight & Delivery
All prices advertised exclude freight delivery costs. Before you commit to any order from Melbourne Tool we will show the full price including freight at the checkout. Confirming any order means that you accept the freight cost as shown.
All packages are trackable for up to 60 days after dispatch and the tracking number will be provided in the shipment email sent confirming departure of your goods from our warehouse. Please allow up to six business days for delivery to capital cities and fourteen business days for other destinations. It is usually much quicker than this!
Cancelling Your Order
If you change your mind and decide quickly after ordering that you wish to cancel the order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed and we are able to cancel it, we will do so and refund the full value of the order.
Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled and will need to go through the Returns process before being refunded.
